How long does shipping take?
Items that are ready to ship will typically ship within 7 business days. Preorders may take longer, but will be clearly stated on the listing what the turnaround time is.
My item was lost in the mail!
Shipping can take a couple of weeks and will sometimes not show movement. If you have not received your item within 3 weeks of receiving tracking, please contact me at support@nillabeanco.com. I will get in touch with the USPS and see if there's anything we can do to find it. I will suggest the buyer does the same. If we cannot retrieve info on your package I will refund or replace your order.
My item was marked as delivered but is missing/ has been stolen!
Sometimes packages are marked as delivered, but don't actually get delivered until the next day. Keep an eye out and if it doesn't arrive the following day, contact your local USPS ASAP to find out when/ where they delivered, etc... Once a package has been marked as delivered, I can't file a claim on my end. Please email me and I'll do my best to help track the package down.
My item was damaged in the mail!
If your item is damaged in such a way that makes the item unusable, please take photos of damage and send to support@nillabeanco.com so I can send to the USPS if I need to file a claim. Buyers will be required to send broken item back at their expense.
